Teenager Stable After Nottingham Crash

A 16-year-old boy is in a stable condition in hospital following a crash in Southwell last night on the night of Wednesday October 3rd.

The boy was involved in a collision with a car in Nottingham Road at about 9pm. It happened near Nottingham Trent University's Brackenhurst Campus.

The road was closed and diversions set up while emergency services attended the scene.

The boy suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre. His current condition is stable.

The road reopened at about 3.30am today (Thursday 4 October 2018).
