A teenager from Nottinghamshire's been caught riding his motorbike in an area within two hours after a court ordered him not to.

18-year-old Alex Swain from Coxs Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse, had been convicted of dangerous driving in Coxmoor in Kirkby and was caught three times in the area

The order was issued to him on Thursday 13 September after he was found guilty of driving without due care and attention, driving without a license and driving without insurance and related to him driving his motorbike and behaving antisocially.

At Mansfield Magistrates Court on Tuesday 18 September, he was given a one year community order and ordered to pay fines and costs. His CBO will continue for the full two years.

Sergeant Carl Holland, from the Ashfield neighbourhood policing team, said: "We will not let Swain continue to cause issues in Kirkby, and if he continues to breach his CBO, we will investigate and put him before the courts who will soon run out of patience with him."

Nottinghamshire Police said the sentencing follows a collaboration with Ashfield District Council to tackle issues in the Coxmoor area.
