A man's been tasered by police in Nottingham after reports someone was threatening people with a knife
The 24-year-old was detained on suspicion of being in possession of a bladed article in public, after officers were called to the Lace Market area at around 2.45am on Sunday 5 May.
Police say they responded swiftly to reports of man going around the area threatening people.
They tasered the suspect after he failed to follow police orders to drop the knife.
The suspect remains in police custody.
No-one was injured during the incident.
