Braunstone Gate Murder: Two Charged

A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of Adam Bent in Leicester.

Cameron Fields of Gresley Close, Leicester, is due to appear before Leicester Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday 20 July).

31-year-old Adam died at the weekend after being found with a stab wound in Braunstone Gate.

A 16-year-old youth has been charged with assisting an offender and is due to appear at Leicester Youth Court later.

A man and teenage girl, who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
