RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at capitalfm.com) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Edgbaston Fireworks’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 4th October 2019 to 29th October 2019 on Capital Birmingham (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 16:00pm on 4^th October 2019 and close at 11.59pm on 29th October 2019.

4. One winner is selected at random from all of the eligible entrants.

5. The winner is notified by phone

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 18 or over to be eligible.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8. Entrant must be in a B, CV, DY, WS or WV postcode to be eligible.

Prize:

8. One winner will receive;
One winner will win 5 x Superior tickets which will give them exclusive access to the Chairman’s Lounge with a complimentary hot dog supper and drink included (spirits not included). This will also grant access to the viewing balcony for the best view in the house. 

9. Under 16s not accompanied by an adult will not be permitted to enter without one of the party being 18 or over. 

10. Prize must be taken on the Edgbaston Fireworks event Saturday 2nd November 2019 only and can not be exchanged for another event day.

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
