There's a warning about a new Facebook craze - of DIY lip jobs.
You've probably seen a few videos on Facebook - people are sucking the air out of bottle tops over tehir lips to make them swell up and look bigger.
And a Birmingham doctor's now warning it can do as much damage as punching yourself in the face.
The craze involves people sucking the air out of bottles over their lips to make them swell up.
Jonathan Staiano - who's a plastic surgeon at the BMI Hospital in Edgbaston - says doing it will result in both short and long term effects.
He said: "It's working because it's traumatising the lips.

"When you traumatise anything it swells - it's obviously damaging the lip.
"The lip's a very sensitive structure with nerves and blood vessels."
