Capital's been given CCTV pictures after a woman was sexually assaulted on the top deck of a bus in Birmingham.
The assault took place between 7.15-7.30pm on Wednesday 10 September on the no. 16 bus in the City Centre when she got on the bus at Priory Queensway. The offender then sat next to her, despite other seats being free.
During the journey he indecently assaulted her, and as she got up to get off the bus, he stood behind her and sexually assaulted her again.
The offender is described as European, possibly Turkish, with dark hair and wearing jeans.
PC Catherine Ross from the safer Travel team said: "We have released images of this man who carried out an unprovoked assault on a woman travelling alone. The offender picked her out and sat next to her, preventing her from escaping. The assault has left the woman feeling scared to travel alone and it is important we identify him."
Officers investigating the assault have carried out anniversary patrols and distributed CCTV stills around the force area in a bid to identify the assailant.
If anyone recognises the man, they should call police on 101.
