When first starting out in his career Will.i.am was originally known as Will 1X, back when he and fellow Black Eyed Peas Apl.deap and Dante Santiago (later replaced by Taboo) first started the hip-hop group.

As well as collaborating with stars like Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez, Will.i.am has also produced songs behind the scenes for a huge range of artist outside of just hip-hop including John Legend, Carlos Santana, the Pussycat Dolls, Ricky Martin, Rihanna and Britney Spears. Pic: Twitter
Will.i.am revealed in an interview that he once had lunch with Bono, George Clooney and Cindy Crawford at the same time while meeting up with the U2 frontman to discuss working together. “I played some of the songs we’d been working on together and everyone was blown away. They all left the finger food to come and hear," Will.i.am told The Sun.
Will.i.am has lent his voice to several animated films over the years including Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard, in which he voiced a character called Snow, Madagascar 2 which saw him voice Moto Moto, and the 2011 animation Rio where he played Pedro.
The 'T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever)' rapper has previously revealed he suffers from the problematic ear condition and constantly hears ringing. "I can't be still. Work calms me down. I can't be as quiet as that's when I notice the ringing in my ears. There's always a beep there every day, all day. Like now. I don't know exactly how Long I've had this but it's gradually got worse," he told The Sun.
While starting work on his new solo album back in 2010, Will tried to ensure the new music would stay secret by originally recorded under the pseudonym Zuper Blahq.
Back when the group first formed Black Eyed Peas were originally called the Atban Klann, which stood for the phrase A Tribute Beyond A Nation.
