Usher: 'I am an athlete'

Usher has said that he is 'an athlete'.

Speaking on Daybreak he talked about his pre-gig routine.

'I go into the massage room backstage after each show and this is kind of relaxation for me,' he said.

'I am an athlete really, people don't realise how much goes into my performance. It's not just up on stage dancing and sweating, really I am a physical guy. So a massage is a must have.'
