Usher Hooks Up With Kelly Rowland

Kelly bags the 'More' singer as her helper for this year's UK X Factor.

Usher has been revealed as one of the celebrity mentors for this year's X Factor and he'll join Kelly Rowland at the "judges' houses" phase of the show.

"Kelly has a lot of friends in high places but has asked Usher to be her wingman," a source revealed.

"He loves the show as he's been on it a few times and gets on well with Simon Cowell and the top brass."

It's been reported that Tinie Tempah will be joining Tulisa or Gary Barlow to help pick their finalists for the live shows.

But Usher has an extra string to his bow in that he's discovered and managed world famous acts before.

"He knows a thing or two about finding new talent," the source added to The Sun.

"He was the man who discovered Justin Bieber (and) it's fair to say Bieber has done pretty well for himself since."
