The 'Sight Of You' singer says her recent live performance on the show was "terrifying".
Tulisa has confessed that her recent performance on The X Factor was the "scariest" moment of her life.
The N-Dubz star, who is a judge on the series, gave a rendition of her single 'Sight Of You' earlier this month and told This Morning that she found the whole experience "terrifying".
She explained: "That was terrifying, I don't even want to talk about that - I've never been so scared in my entire life."
The singer added that she was overwhelmed by the experience admitting she felt nerves like never before.
"For some reason just doing it there - the pressure is completely different. Like I don't even get nervous anymore, and I literally was just - my legs started going and I was like, 'Oh my God, I can't control it, I'm going to faint'," she said. "I couldn't control anything I was doing."
She continued: "I couldn't understand it either, but I think it was the thing of the whole year that I had been through and just feeling like the media attention that was on me and the pressure from the public, and I just felt like I was being judged so much that it literally cracked me…it was more to do with the overall pressure that I had - I let it get to me which was my bad."
The signer recently wrapped up her second stint on the show, which was won by James Arthur, and could be rumoured to be departing the series for a complete overhaul of the judging panel.
Cheryl Cole has been reported to be making a return to the series and Gary Barlow has hinted at a step away from the show.
Tulisa also spoke to This Morning about her plans for next year and is predicting a year of "enlightenment".
"2013, I've been calling it my year of enlightenment," she said, before adding her thoughts on 2012: "It just hasn't been a happy year for me, so next year is my happy year."
