The 'Live It Up' singer speaks candidly about her teenage years in her new autobiography Honest.
Tulisa Contostavlos has revealed that she wished her former boyfriend and N-Dubz bandmate Fazer had been her first love.
The 'Live It Up' star makes the comments in her new autobiography, Honest: My Story So Far, which is released this week.
In the latest snippet from the book unveiled in The Sun, Tulisa says she was 14 when she lost her virginity and that she now regrets it happened when she was so young.
"All the time I was on and off with Fazer, he really wanted us to have sex but he was a gentleman about it. And now I'd given myself away to someone else," she writes in the book.
"I very much regret this now, and I wish that Fazer had been my first, but it wasn't to be."
The singer also admitted that her "overwhelming craving to be loved" had led her into some "very bad relationships".
She added: "I hoped if I slept with a guy he would look after me and make me feel loved, and I wanted to be looked after and loved more than anything."
Tulisa's autobiography sees her discuss her rise to fame, including her career with N-Dubz and as a solo star, as well as her role as a judge on The X Factor.
