The 'Young' singer hits back at reports she got upset at the presence of her N-Dubz bandmate during recent trip.
Tulisa Contostavlos has taken to her Twitter account to deny reports that she left Hawaii because of her cousin and N-Dubz bandmate Dappy.
The X Factor judge has been filming her new music video for latest single 'Live It Up' on the island and told fans she cut her trip short because she was heading into the studio in Los Angeles.
The Daily Star reported that she was "upset" at Dappy's surprise arrival and decided to leave straight away.
"Tulisa went away to escape all the stress going on back home and had no idea Dappy was coming," a source told the publication.
Taking to her social networking account this morning (2nd August) she tweeted: "I did not leave hawai cus of dappy that's ridiculous, he arrived 2 shoot his own vid the day after mine. I left 4 a studio session in LA."

The pair were recently involved in a war of words on Twitter after Tulisa hit out at the lyrics in the rappers recent single 'Tarzan 2 (I'm Coming)'.
Dappy questioned the 'Young' singers motives admitting he believed she was simply looking after her X Factor judging position.
The two were also involved in another Twitter war earlier this year when Tulisa revealed it was the 'No Regrets' star who split the band up.
