Tinie Tempah has said he respects Rihanna even though the singer doesn't write all her own music.
The 'Written In The Stars' rapper compared the 'We Found Love' star and other international pop acts to "robots" during an interview with ES Magazine.
"You always wonder how come they're so much richer and so much more successful," he said.
"They actually ooze superstar qualities. And it's just because of their work ethos: Rihanna - she's not f**kng about! But artists like her have to. It's very, very mainstream pop."
He continued: "With all due respect, she doesn't write all her own songs. So it's easy to make six albums in six years.
"But at the end of the day, you gotta respect the hustle. She is the one doing all the gigging and the touring and promoting the album."
Tinie Tempah is currently on his UK arena tour and is also in the process of recording the follow-up to his debut album 'Disc-Overy'.
Meanwhile, Rihanna was forced to cancel a gig in Sweden on Monday (31st October) after being hospitalised with flu.
