The Wanted's Tom Parker Given Baked Beans By Fans In America

The group were given gifts by bands as they arrived for their American Idol performance.

The Wanted's Tom Parker was given tins of baked beans as the band arrived in Los Angeles.

The band touched down in America on Wednesday (3rd April) following a promotional trip to Canada and are set to appear on American Idol this week.

Tom and the rest of the group were greeted by dozens of fans as they stepped off the plane and were all given gifts by fans who had waited to greet them.

The 'Warzone' singer looked particularly happy when he was given tins of the famous British food by one fan.

Meanwhile, The Wanted debuted their brand new single 'Chasing The Sun' today (5th April).

The track, which did not feature on the group's last album 'Battleground', was produced by Example.

Fans of The Wanted have praised the song after it was played on Capital FM. Twitter user Laura McMahon described the new release simply as "amazing," with User LovesSykesParker admitting it is the song of the summer as they wrote: "I LOVED IT !!!!!!!! Summer tuneeeeeee x"

'Chasing The Sun' is released in May.
