The 'Walks Like Rihanna' singer says he had conflicting emotions before surprising fans at the Ball.
The Wanted's Nathan Sykes says making his return to the band live at the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2013 was "the most surreal experience" and admits he had a lot of conflicting emotions as he made his way on stage.
The 'Walks Like Rihanna' star emerged as a surprise halfway through the UK band's set, to perform his signature middle eight part from The Wanted's single 'I Found You', and says it feels "incredible" to be back with his bandmates.
"I had to stop myself from getting very emotional on stage," Nathan exclusively revealed to Capital FM after the show. "Honestly, I keep on saying it, it was the most surreal experience just before I came up, because I went through about seven different emotions simultaneously.
"It was very, very peculiar, I've never experienced anything like it," he added. "It was incredible."

The UK singer later took to Twitter to thank all his fans for supporting him over a "tough couple months", after undergoing throat surgery earlier this year to repair a vocal cord injury.
The Wanted were just one of the many huge names who performed at this year's Summertime Ball, including Jessie J, Lawson, Taylor Swift and Robbie Williams.
