The Saturdays singer Rochelle Wiseman has announced that she and husband Marvin Humes are expecting their first child together.
The 'Notorious' singer took to her Twitter account to confirm the news to her fans and said the pair couldn't be more thrilled.
"I wanted to be the first to tell you…we have some exciting news to share!," she teased before adding: "Marvin and I could NOT be more thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child mid next year."
She continued: "We have always dreamt of being parents and the news is the best early Christmas present we could have asked for."
The couple were engaged during a winter vacation at the end of 2011 and married in the summer.
2012 also saw her bandmate Una Healy give birth to her first child with Rugby ace Ben Foden, and she said she thinks the JLS singer is going to make a great parent.
She finished: "I know Marvin is going to be a great dad and we're so excited to start a family. Thanks for all of your support and lots of love, Rochelle x"
Since news of the announcement dropped both JLS and The Saturdays have posted messages of congratulations to Marvin and Rochelle on the news of expecting their first child together.
The Saturdays are currently preparing for the release of their new album in 2013 as well as a new reality show on the E! network.
