Stormzy Just Donated £9000 To A Fan So Her Harvard University Dreams Could Come True

What a guy!

Fairytales don't always come true, but for one London student, hers certainly have with a little help from Stormzy.

Fiona Asiedu is currently studying the final year of her degree in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University and recently got accepted into Harvard in the U.S to study a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology.The only problem was, the fees are £59,000.

After scholarships and family contributions were taken into place, South West Londoner Fiona needed to raise a further £12,000 by August!

To try and fulfill her dream of studying at Harvard, Fiona set up a crowdfunding page online and the #SW2Harvard and set about trying to raise the funds for her studies from donations.

Fiona's friends decided to tweet Stormzy and asked him to share the page with his 696,000 followers.

After retweeting the request with the page already at around £3000, a mysterious £9000 donation appeared taking Fiona's total to the desired £12,000! 'Who would have done this?' we hear you ask.

Considering that the donation was made anonymously, it could really have been anyone, but what gave it away was the following tweet. Fiona's friend tweeted Stormzy to thank him for being so kind and offered to take him to Nando's, to which he replied 'deal!'.

Seriously...WHAT A TOTAL LEDGE.

We recently had Nicki Minaj offereing to pay people's tuition fees and now Stormzy has stepped up to help out a fellow South Londoner with her studies. It's safe to say people were super impressed by Stormzy's generosity too...
