Sam Smith’s new song has a retro feel, and a video full of candid backstage clips.

Sam Smith has released the video for his new song, ‘Restart’, from the deluxe edition of his ‘In The Lonely Hour’ debut album, looking back on all of the exciting events that have occurred in his career in the past eight months.

Following the success of his debut album, Sam has been the most in-demand man in pop, touring the globe and performing at a host of iconic venues and festivals throughout the year.

The retro-inspired track will remind you of the likes of Luther Vandross and Chaka Khan, as well as giving you a never-before-seen look into what goes on on tour with Sam.

Sam said of the video, "Restart is one of my favourite tracks on the album and I really felt like I wanted to visualise it. I had such an amazing time putting this video together, remembering some incredible moments from this year and also a recent trip with my team to Brighton this summer.”
