The 'R.I.P.' singer speaks to Capital ahead of the nominations ceremony in London tonight.
Rita Ora has said it would "amazing" to be recognised at the BRIT Awards and pick up a nomination at this year's event.
The 'Shine Ya Light' singer told Capital that simply picking up a nod would be "great enough" and admitted the ceremony is a "huge deal".
"Oh man, I can't tell you. I think you'll have to come back to me if that happens. I don't think I can say anything right now. It's a huge deal of course," she declared when asked about her feelings of picking up a nomination. "To get a nomination I feel like that's great enough. It would be amazing."
The nominations for the BRITs 2013 will take place live from a ceremony in London this evening (10th January).
Rita's had a fantastic breakthrough year in 2012 with the release of her debut album and is set to head out on her headline 2013 UK tour later this month.
