Rihanna sued by video director
Rihanna is being sued for her 'S&M' video by director and photographer David LaChapelle.
In the lawsuit he said the visuals in the controversial video were 'directly dervived' by his photographs.
He said that the singer had appropriated eight of his images into the video. According to Yahoo he said that the 'S&M' promo had copied: 'composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, setting, decors, wardrobe and lighting.'
Previously he Tweeted: '@PerezHilton @rihanna The next time you make a David LaChapelle music video you should probably hire David LaChapelle.'
Rihanna is set to perform at tonight's Brit Awards.
