The 'Umbrella' singer declares she always looked up to the 54 year-old star when she was younger.

Rihanna has revealed that she would love to collaborate with Madonna after hailing the singer as "the s***" during her Facebook Live chat yesterday (8th November).

The 'We Found Love' singer admitted that she has always looked up to the 54 year-old star, especially when she was younger.

"You know, Madonna is one of those artists who was very self-expressive, she was bold, she was fearless, and all of those were things I looked up to as a young woman," she confessed.

The Bajan star revealed that she enjoys being expressive in her own career and takes inspiration from the 'Give Me All Your Luvin'' singer.

"I really just wanted to be myself and feel free to express it and not really be afraid of what people think about it," she added. "Madonna's still the s**t, and she'll always be Madonna. She's the queen."

Host of the chat, Andy Cohen, posed the question if she would like to work with Madonna on a song together, to which she replied: "That would be so sick. I would love to. Who knows? Let's put it in the air."

During her interview, Rihanna also praised such stars as Beyonce, Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga and also hit back at reports she was back dating ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
