Ben Affleck Accused Of "Following" Rihanna "Like A Puppy" At GQ Awards 2012

The Argo star is said to have been chatting to Rihanna a lot at the recent industry event.

Rihanna has reportedly found herself a new admirer in the form of Hollywood actor and director Ben Affleck, after the two struck up a conversation at a recent awards show.

The Argo director reportedly followed Rihanna around 'like a puppy" at the recent GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2012 in New York City earlier this month, according to a source present at the event.

"Ben was following Rihanna like a puppy," a source told OK! magazine this week. "He kept trying to think of reasons to talk to her.

"He told her he loved her in Battleship and he'd love to work with her," they continued. "Friends of Jennifer [Garner] who were at the party were quick to report back."

The source allegedly claims Ben's wife of seven years, actress Jennifer Garner, was "upset" about news of him chatting with the Bajan pop star at the event.

Ben Affleck married former Alias star Jennifer Garner back in 2005, and the couple have three children together including recent 2012 arrival Samuel, born in February this year.

Rihanna is currently celebrating after her new album 'Unapologetic' became her first number one on the US Billboard Top 200 following its release last week.
