The "Live While We're Young' singers feature on a humorous new TV advert for the drinks company.

One Direction are seen arguing with decorated American football player Drew Brees over a can of Pepsi in the brand's newly unveiled TV advert.

Back in September it was announced the 'What Makes You Beautiful' five-piece had signed a multimillion dollar deal with the drinks company, and they now feature in a new advert opposite NEw Orleans Saint quarterback Drew.

As part of the Pepsi 'Live For Now' campaign, the band are seen listing off their accomplishments to Drew as they argue over who can have the last can of Pepsi in a vending machine, before agreeing that Harry Styles can have the drink if Drew gets to join the band.

One Direction then give a short performance of their brand new single 'Live While We're Young' alongside Drew in the advert, which is expected to be followed by similar cuts from the likes of Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry.

Harry Styles is seen arguing with NFL star Drew Brees in the new Pepsi advert:

Earlier today band member Niall Horan issued a thank you to the band's fans after 'Live While We're Young' broke the record for the fastest sales of a single by a UK artist in America.

"We're so happy with the success of the single n the USA and can't wait for everyone to hear out new album," Niall said after hearing the chart news. "Thank you to all the fans once again!"
