The 'Little Things' star tips his bandmate for a film career like Justin Timberlake in the future.

One Direction star Liam Payne has suggest bandmate Louis Tomlinson could have a future in Hollywood one day, while also praising Justin Timberlake for being able to evolve beyond his boy band days.

The 'Best Song Ever' singer opened up about his admiration of Justin for moving past his days in N' Sync into having both a successful solo music career and big roles in Hollywood movies, but admits he doesn't think he's "got the talent" for such a move.

"I saw the Justin Timberlake new movie [Runner, Runner], it was really, really good," Liam told Hot Hits during the band's 'Take Me Home' tour in Australia. "I'm very proud of the idea that he has come from just being in a boy band to doing something like that.

"But I don't think I've got the talent for that," Liam mused. "He is a very talented guy to be able to pull off that as well as he does, as being one of the best performers in the world."

Despite not being confident in his own acting skills Liam recommended fellow One Direction star Louis Tomlinson for a potential Hollywood career down the line.

""Because he puts himself in a lot of roles, I think Louis would be quite good," Liam explained. "He will sit on the bus sometimes and tell us lots of stories and he'll put himself in the character. I do reckon he would be quite good actually."

This week it was announced that the band's concert movie This Is Us will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray from 19th December this year.

One Direction release new single 'Story Of My Life' on 28th October, with a first play this Friday (25th) at 4pm, while their album 'Midnight Memories' drops on 25th November.
