The former Pussycat Doll says she has become much more comfortable with her body since turning thirty.
Nicole Scherzinger claims she is finally happy with her body image and no longer worries about her weight.
The 'Try With Me' singer says she used to struggle with her size as a teenager but is much happier with how she looks now.
"It's taken a long time to get here," Nicole told Shape magazine. "I've been on every diet you can imagine."
The singer revealed that while fronting girl band The Pussycat Dolls she weight herself religiously but no longer feels the need to count calories as much.
"Now that I'm in my 30s I've stepped off the scale – I just go by how my clothes fit," she explained. "I'm more accepting of my body and have really learned to embrace it."
Nicole added: "These days it's all about finding balance."
The X Factor USA judge recently announced three live dates across the UK in February 2012.
Nicole Scherzinger's repackaged debut album 'Killer Love' was officially delayed until 2012 last week.
