Nicole Scherzinger Heads To The Recording Studio With Her X Factor Act Jahmene Douglas

The 'Try With Me' singer is rumoured to be recording a song with her act while in the studio in the UK.

Nicole Scherzinger has sparked speculation she is recording a collaboration with Jahmene Douglas after posting a picture of the two in the studio together.

The 'Boomerang' singer mentored Jahmene alongside fellow contestants James Arthur and Rylan Clark during the 2012 series of The X Factor UK, and headed straight into the recording studio with him earlier this week.

"In studio tonight with my jahmazing @JahmeneDouglas :)," Nicole tweeted to her fans last night (18th March).

The picture confirms Jahmene is now working on his debut solo album, after coming second to James Arthur during December's final, and teases a potential Nicole guest spot on his yet-to-be-announced record.

Nicole herself is back in the UK to promote new single 'Boomerang' as well as teasing plans for her second studio album, the follow-up to her debut 'Killer Love'.

The past month has seen widespread rumours about The X Factor UK's 2013 judging panel, with reports suggesting Tulisa could be replaced by Sharon Osbourne.

While Nicole has admitted she knows nothing about plans for this year, she gave her backing for Sharon to join the show and admitted she was tempted by the idea of a second year on the panel.
