The 'Starships' rapper says the seven new songs on her latest album release are "gigantic" tracks.
Nicki Minaj says although her new record is a re-release of this summer's 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' it feels like a "whole new album" to her.
The 'Beez In The Trap' rapper launched 'The Re-Up' this week, featuring her 2012 album and seven brand new songs, and says the new tracks included on the re-release are "gigantic" tunes.
"It's a re-release with the new songs but the new songs are, they're just more gigantic to me," Nicki revealed on Good Morning America this week. "So it's weird that it's technically a re-release but it feels like a while new album to me.
"Obviously 'Freedom' is the first single, that we performed [at the American Music Awards] and we just dropped the video," the rapper explained. 'I'm really excited about the music on this."
The video for 'Freedom' was released at the start of this week and was filmed on the south coast of the UK, after Nicki's Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' arena tour wrapped earlier this month.

The re-release of 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' features new songs including 'Freedom', 'The Boys' and 'Va Va Voom' as well as team-ups with both Ciara and Lil Wayne.
In the same interview Nicki opened up about her feud with fellow American Idol judge Mariah Carey and said everything is fine between them now, as well as hailing Mariah as one of the greatest artists of all time.
