Kriss Kross Star Chris Kelly Dead: Nicki Minaj And Timbaland Lead Musical Tributes

The 'Starships' rapper said she was sending her love to the star's family after his sudden death.
Nicki Minaj is among a host of stars who have been paying tribute to Kriss Kross rapper Chris Kelly – who passed away last night (1st May).
The 'Super Bass' singer took to her Twitter account to send her love to his family as the music world reacted to the tragic news.
She wrote: "So sorry to hear that. Sending love to his family. RIP Chris."
Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun also logged onto his social networking account to pay tribute.
"RIP Chris Kelly... So So Def Family," he added.
Timbaland also wrote: "rip2 chris Kelly," with Jermaine Dupri also posting a link to a heartfelt letter expressing his sadness.
He called the rapper "the son I never had" in his post.
The cause of Chris' death is currently unknown after being pronounced dead at the Atlanta Medical Centre.
Kriss Kross hit the rap scene in the 90s with their single 'Jump' – and went on to record three albums together before embarking on solo careers.
