The 'Starships' rapper says she was saddened to learn of the tragic news which left 232 dead.
Nicki Minaj has posted a message on her Twitter account to send love to Brazil after 232 people lost their lives in a nightclub fire in Santa Maria during the early hours of Sunday morning (27th January).
The 'Super Bass' star joins stars such as Will.i.am and Lady Gaga who have also been taking to their social networking accounts to offer their prayers to the victims.
"Sending love to Brazil. Such a sad story. God bless the families and friends of the victims. May they rest in peace," wrote Nicki.
Britney Spears also logged onto her Twitter account this morning to say how saddened she was to learn of the tragic news.
She tweeted: "So sad to hear about the fire in Brazil... my heart is with you Santa Maria. Sending lots of love & prayers. #PrayForSantaMaria."
A fire broke out in the Kiss nightclub following pyrotechnics during a band's live set.
Yesterday, The Wanted singer Max George also added a personal message to those affected by the events.
"Heart goes out to all those who tragically lost loved ones in Brazil club fire. #staystrong."
