The exes crossed paths at a shindig in LA for the Universal Music Party on Sunday night, just weeks after they split in December.
While they never publicly confirmed their one-year relationship, Hailee and Niall were reported to have parted ways due to conflicting schedules.
Following the late-night ‘do on Sunday, Niall took to Twitter to respond to a fan who praised him for protecting his privacy.
