The '4 Minutes' star could face legal action from creator of the adult video series if her set contains the new track.
Madonna could apparently face legal action from the creator of the adult video series 'Girls Gone Wild' if she performs her track of the same name at her Super Bowl half time show this Sunday (5th February).
The 'Give Me All Your Luvin'' star released the track list for her new album 'MDNA" yesterday (3rd February) and Joe Francis was reportedly upset when he became aware of one of the album's titles.
Speaking to the New York Daily News, Francis' lawyer explained: "This isn’t personally directed at Madonna as a person, this is a business decision. And now she's aware that she stepped over the line.
"If Mr. Francis was producing a product called 'Material Girl', and she had a copyright, I doubt she'd appreciate it."
TMZ are also reporting that a cease-and-desist letter has been sent to The Queen of Pop.
Madonna's set list for the show was rumoured to have been leaked earlier this week and will contain an outing for new song 'Give Me All Your Luvin'' with M.I.A and Nicki Minaj.
LMFAO are also set to take to the stage with Madonna at the NFL event after Will.i.am revealed their plans to Capital FM.
