The 'Girl Gone Wild' singer suggests she helped Gaga write the song with her own 1989 hit single.
Madonna has made a new dig at Lady Gaga over the supposed similarities between her 1989 hit 'Express Yourself' and Gaga's 2011 hit single 'Born This Way'.
When the 'Marry The Night' singer launched the titular track from her second album last year many pointed out the similarity of the song to Madonna's own self expression anthem, and Madonna herself has previously said she thinks the sounds sound "familiar".
In an interview on Brazilian television just recently posted online, 'Give Me All Your Luvin' singer Madonna was asked about the controversy as well as her decision to mash the two songs together on her current 'MDNA' world tour.
"I'm a really big fan of [the song]," Madonna replied. "I'm glad I helped Gaga write it."

Madonna has previously said she thinks Gaga often references her own music, describing it as "flattering" and "amusing", but described 'Born This Way' as being somewhat "reductive".
Madonna kicked off the UK leg of her 'MDNA' tour last week with a huge show in London's Hyde Park (17th July) before heading on to play dates in both Birmingham (19th July) and Edinburgh (21st July).
