Liam Payne announced that he was postponing his debut solo album, with a lengthy message, but in the meantime was releasing 'First Time', an EP which featured "a collection of songs that [he's] really proud of".

Liam Payne took to Twitter to inform his 32.3 million followers that his EP was going to be called 'First Time'... Which makes sense as it's the first time he's releasing a solo EP.

What is the release date for 'First Time'?
You can pre-save 'First Time' now, but the official release date for Liam's EP is Friday, 24 August.

What is the artwork for Liam Payne's EP?
Having announced the EP on Twitter, Liam also shared a short video which featured the presumed artwork, showing three photos of the 'Strip That Down' singer.
Why did Liam Payne postpone his album?
Liam wrote a message to his fans, saying "As you may know, the last few months have seen some big changes for me ...I looked at some of the songs on my album which were done a while ago and they felt from another age. I'm determined for my debut album to truly represent me.
"I'm now back in the studio working hard to finalise the final few new songs on the record - I'm genuinely excited about the music I'm writing and recording and I can't wait for it to be ready for you all," continued Liam.
