Lawson Shoot Music Video For Third Single Fresh From Debut Album Announcement

The band are filming the video for their new single from debut album 'Chapman Square'.

Lawson have confirmed they are currently filming the music video for their third single at a secret location.

The 'When She Was Mine' four-piece tweeted fans earlier today to confirm they are on set shooting the upcoming promo, fresh from announcing news of their debut album yesterday (22nd August).

"This is a total drama come try, album announced, on the way to film the video for our 3rd single… Absolutely loving life," guitarist Joel Peat tweeted last night ahead of the shoot, while drummer Adam Pitts wrote this morning (23rd August): "Morninggggg it's video 3 day! Today is going to be a lonnnnnnnng shoot!

"On set shooting our next video today!! Exciting times… Can't wait to tell you our next single ;)," bassist Ryan Fletcher posted, before singer Andy Brown added: "On set of Video 3!"

Lawson have yet to announce the name of their third official single, the follow-up to second release 'Taking Over Me', which proved a big hit on the Vodafone Big Top 40 last month.

Last weekend the Lawson boys were pictured out enjoying the music at V Festival 2012, where they were seen crossing paths with the likes of 'Can't Say No' singer Conor Maynard and opera singer Katherine Jenkins.

Lawson will release their brand new debut album 'Chapman Square', named after the place they first formed as a band, on 22nd October.

Andy, Joel, Ryan and Adam will then launch their new 'Hometowns Tour' of the UK at the O2 Academy in Liverpool on 31st October.
