Lady Gaga Plays New Song To Fans Outside Hotel In New York - Video

The 'Born This Way' singer is said to have played a clip of her next single to some of her biggest fans.

Lady Gaga reportedly gave several lucky fans the chance to hear her new single for the first time during an encounter in New York City over the weekend.

The 'Marry The Night' singer was swamped by a group of fans outside of her hotel in the Big Apple last night (22nd July), after which several Little Monsters tweeted that she had played them a clip of her next release.

"OMFG JUST MET GAGA!! SHE WAS PLAYING A SONG FROM THE NEW ALBUM!!!! IT SOUNDED SOOO F*****G AMAZINGGGG!!" Twitter user @boyxsupreme tweeted last night. "GAGA WAS TELLING ALL OF US TO BE QUIET SO WE COULD HEAR THE SONG!

"SHE WAS SINGING THE SONG TOO! IT WAS FROM HER NEW ALBUM," he added. "YOU GUYS THE SONG WAS F*****G PERFECT!!!! IT WAS A VERY HEAVY DANCE/CLUB SONG!!"

Fellow Lady Gaga fan @An_niee also posted: "I asked her if it was the new single she looked at me and shook her head yes and said shhhhh."

While no official announcement as been made regarding when any new Lady Gaga music will be released, the 'You & I' star has promised to announce the title of her upcoming third studio album in September.

Gaga is also currently promoting her new fragrance FAME after unveiling the first print advert for her first eau de perfume last week.

Lady Gaga is due to begin the next leg of her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour in Sofia, Bulgaria on 14th August.
