Lady Gaga confirms 'Born This Way' tour

Lady Gaga has confirmed plans for a 'Born This Way' tour.

The singer said she is pondering a title for the jaunt via her Twitter page.

'Been obsessing all day about 'The Born This Way Ball'. What is wrong with me,' she wrote.

'I'm not SURE yet but the title will be some mutation of 'The Born This Way Ball'/'The Third' Monsterball'. Brain still vomiting, hold please.'

No dates have yet been confirmed for the tour but it is thought she will hit the road for a series of dates next year.

Lady Gaga's 'Monster Ball' tour ran for nearly two years and saw the singer start off in medium-sized venues before upgrading to arenas.
