Kylie cries about cancer battle

Kylie Minogue has broken down in tears and temporarily walked out of a TV interview as she talked about her battle with breast cancer.

The singer got emotional as she revealed how she talked to the parents of a young child with cancer shortly after beginning treatment herself in Melbourne five years ago.

Kylie who is now almost five years free of the disease and in the early stages of a her European, 'Aphrodite' tour.

She also talked about marriage and children when interviewer and close friend Molly Meldrum asked about her relationship with Andres Velencoso.

"It might happen; who knows?" she said of marriage. "[Velencoso] is a natural with children, put it that way. I always said ... I can imagine having children before getting married, or more so than getting married; now we'll just have to see, I'm not sure if that's part of my future."
