Ke$ha tattoos fan

Ke$ha has tattooed one of her fans in a video.

The singer posted a video on Facebook and shows the singer telling the female fan; 'okay, it might hurt,' before using a needle and pen to ink the mark on her ankle.

The fan told the singer: 'Seriously, the way you...live your life, just have fun, just do whatever you want, this tattoo is going to mean so much to me.'
