The former Destiny's Child star is thinking of buying property in London next year if she stays on the ITV1 show's judging panel.
Kelly Rowland says she will consider moving to the UK if she is asked to return to The X Factor in 2012.
The 'Down For Whatever' singer served as one of the show's four judges this year, and admits she would love to return next year for a second run.
"There is no place like UK X Factor," Kelly told the Daily Mirror. "If Simon [Cowell] wants me back next year then that would be good
"I'm definitely considering buying a house over here as I love it here."
However, the former Destiny's Child singer noted that her potential move to the UK was reliant on one of her family members agreeing to join her.
"My mother would have a problem with me moving because it's so far away from home so she may have to move with me," Kelly explained. "She doesn't like that long plane ride so I've got to make sure I make her happy."
The X Factor bosses have yet to confirm whether any of this year's judges will be returning for the 2012 series and are unlikely to do so until April or May next year.
The 'Commander' singer was forced to defend herself following The X Factor live final on Sunday (11th December) after critics suggested she was influence during the show.
Kelly Rowland was out in London last night at The X Factor wrap party at One for One nightclub.
