The 'Down For Whatever' star lost out to the acts in the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration category.
Kelly Rowland has congratulated Kanye West, Rihanna, Kid Cudi and Fergie after they won the prize for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the Grammy Awards 2012.
The star spoke on the red carpet following the news to offer her praise for the winners.
"Congratulations to Kanye and Rihanna and all those guys on 'All Of The Lights'. To be in the same company with them – I'm just happy," she said.
She also commented on how pleased she was to be still attending the awards.
Kelly added: "I remember coming here in 1999 and im here in 2012 – that's a blessing."
Capital will be coming live from the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles throughout the night.
