The 'My Life Would Suck Without You' singer wowed with her rendition of the hit single this past weekend.
Kelly Clarkson gave a huge performance of her hit single 'Don't Rush' at the Academy Of Country Music Awards 2013 last night (7th April).
The US star took to the stage in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel on Thursday dressed in a turquoise lace dress to give a powerful performance on stage.
Kelly was accompanied to the awards show by her fiancé Brandon Blackstock, after the two announced their engagement towards the end of 2012.
The 'Dark Side' singer also admitted she had been getting excited all day about the prestigious country music awards show, after getting to meet several of her musical idols during rehearsals for her set.
"I'm about to rehearse on stage for the ACM's tonight and all of a sudden I find out Trisha freaking Yearwood is introducing me and I act like a total kid and freak out and am grinning from ear to ear and so flustered," Kelly tweeted ahead of her performance last night. "And THEN I go off stage and am still flustered and run right into George freaking Strait and he's sweet as can be and THEN I turn around and Garth Brooks is talking to me.
"HOLY WORD I SHOULDN'T SAY ON TWITTER….. BEST DAY EVER!!!" she added.
