Katy Perry Kept Hair From Taylor Swift And Miley Cyrus In Her Purse After Meeting Them

The US star revealed the unique story while promoting new album 'Prism' while out in Los Angeles.

Katy Perry has revealed she kept a lock of hair from both Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus in her purse for some time.

The 'Roar' singer told the strange story this week when asked what she keeps in her handbag by fans during a question and answer session.

"One of the first times I went to the Grammys I got to share a dressing room with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift," Katy revealed during a listening party for 'Prism' out in LA this week. "I asked them for a lock of their hair from each of them, which is totally creepy, but awesome.

"I put little bows on them individually and put them in my purse," she explained. "And that was my little secret and I'm a freak!"

This week Katy launched her new album 'Prism' globally following the success of lead single 'Roar'.

Katy Perry has also revealed she shot the music video for her next song 'Unconditionally' last week in London.
