Katy Perry Teases New Songs 'Dark Horse' And 'Walking On Air' With Snippets - Audio

The 'Roar' singer treats fans just hours before she plays the MTV Video Music Awards 2013.

Katy Perry has unveiled snippets from two brand new songs online and has given fans the chance to vote which song will be released ahead of her new album 'Prism'.

The 'Wide Awake' singer gave fans two short clips from new songs 'Dark Hose' and 'Walking On Air' this weekend, just one day away from her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards 2013.

"!!!HEY!!! HEAR 2 NEW 30 SECOND SONG SNIPPETS FROM #PRISM NOW & VOTW WHICH ONE ONES OUT 1ST ON ITUNES SEPTEMBER 17TH!" Katy tweeted to announce the news, before clarifying: "The song chosen will not necessarily be my next single BUT a taste of what my #PRISM has in store for u!"

Katy Perry releases new album 'Prism' on 22nd October and plays the MTV Video Music Awards 2013 tonight (25th August) at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
