Kanye West Launches $5,800 Pair Of Shoes

The 'Monster' rapper's shoes feature pearls and form part of his female fashion range.

Kanye West has launched a new pair of shoes priced $5,800.

The 'Watch The Throne' rapper has collaborated with Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti on the expensive female footwear.

The shoes, which first debuted at Paris Fashion Week last year, feature bone-colour pearls that wrap around the ankles.

Kanye first outlined details about his collaboration in a series of messages on Twitter in January.

"I snuck to Giuseppe Zanotti Factory still under contract and learned to design women's shoes for 2 years before my first show in Paris," he said.

Paris Fashion Week last year marked the first time the rapper had unveiled a full fashion line – and the rapper recently announced plans to launch another collection at the same event later this month.
