Kanye West Wins Best Rap Album At Grammy Awards 2012

The star's record 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' beats the likes of Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.

Kanye West has been named the winner of the Best Rap Album prize at the Grammy Awards 2012 in Los Angeles tonight (12^th February).

The rapper won for his album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' and beat the likes of Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and his own collaborative LP with Jay-Z 'Watch The Throne'.

The star is the most nominated artist at the ceremony after he received a total of seven nominations.

Capital will be coming live from the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles throughout the night.
