The 'Mirrors' star was seen alongside chat show host Jimmy Fallon performing the surprise rendition of the track last night.
Justin Timberlake continued his week-long residency on the Jimmy Fallon show by performing a barbershop quartet version of his hit single 'SexyBack'.
The 'Cry Me A River' star joined the chat show star and the group – known affectionately as The Ragtime Gals – for the rendition.
The appearance is to coindide with next week's release of his new studio album 'The 20/20 Experience'.
During his Monday night show, Justin also addressed rumours surrounding himself and Kanye West and revealed he had no problem with the rapper despite comments on stage during a gig in London.
The former N*Sync star was thought to have responded to the attack during his Saturday Night Live performance last weekend when he altered the words of 'Suit & Tie'.
