The 'Baby' singer makes good on his promise to help students from low income families by personally delivering cheque and performing private concert.
Justin Bieber provided students at a Las Vegas elementary school with an early Christmas present on Friday (16th December) – a $100,000 cheque.
The 'Mistletoe' singer had guaranteed to match a donation by Target during an appearance on The Elle DeGeneres Show two months ago and followed up his promise.
The teen sensation surprised students at the Whitney Elementary School in scenes filmed for an upcoming episode of the show by handing the cheque to principal Sherrie Ghan.
The school helps to provide students from low income families, and Principle Ghan told The Hollywood Reporter: "For the kids, it shows that someone loves them and cares about them to follow up."
Following the donation, Justin performed a private concert for the students including his hits 'Baby', 'Misteltoe' and a cover of Usher's 'U Got It Bad'.
Meanwhile, the Canadian pop star was recently named as Google's most searched for person in 2011, beating the likes of Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj and Amy Winehouse.
