The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer is said to have turned up to hotspot District despite them declining his fee.
Justin Bieber continued to catch the attention of people passing by in London this week when he headed for a night out wearing an eye-catching outfit.
The 'Boyfriend' singer headed out to a club in the UK capital's West End on Tuesday night (25th February) where he opted to wear a pair of low-slung leopard print trousers and a bright yellow studded cap.
It has also been reported Justin requested a £15,000 appearance fee to attend popular London hot spot Project, but was turned down by the venue before turning up anyway.
"Justin left his central London hotel at 1am and headed to Project," a source told the Daily Star this week. "He outrageously had his people phone ahead to ask the club for a £15,000 appearance fee.
"The club declined to pay, but said the teen superstar was more than welcome anyway," they continued. "Justin took it on the chin and headed along.
"But a few people were saying it was a bit embarrassing to show up with his tail between his legs."

This week Justin also unveiled a brand new tattoo to add to his collection, being pictured with a new 'X' piece of body art on his left forearm.
Justin Bieber will perform a second consecutive show at the Birmingham NIA tonight (28th February).
