Oritse from JLS has posted a very cheeky photo on Twitter as a "before" shot for his gym training sessions.

The 'She Makes Me Wanna' singer is buffing up to compete with bandmate Aston in the pec department.

"Gona do a photo diary of my body change & Food to monitor my progression to ideal physique thru diet & training!" Oritse posted last night.

And this morning he treated fans to this saucy shot in just his boxers.
